Competition for participation in the Erasmus+ exchange program:
A competition is announced for students of the Law and Business Administration departments of the “NEW National Pedagogical University” to obtain a scholarship at the “Angel Kanchev” University of Ruse (Bulgaria) within the framework of the Erasmus+ exchange program for the spring semester of the 2026 - 2027 academic year.
Students of the III-VI semesters of the Bachelor of Law and Business Administration programs at NEU can participate in the competition.
Language of instruction: English

The program provides funding for mobility-related expenses, namely:
A monthly stipend of 800 euros and a return airfare.
Prerequisites for participation in the competition:
- GPA - minimum 2.5;
- English language certificate B2 level.
Required documents:
Application form (Appendix 1);
- CV;
- 3X4 photo;
- Copy of passport;
- Motivation letter;
- Certificate from the institution about the status of an active student;
- Transcript of records with GPA;
- English language certificate;
- Learning agreement (Appendix 2) - according to the list of subjects;
- Application for previous participation in the Erasmus+ program (Appendix 3);
- Certificate confirming the status of a person with fewer opportunities (if any) - status of a socially vulnerable person, representation of an ethnic minority, disability or health problem.
The list of subjects is available on the Erasmus+ website of the University of Ruse.
The applicant must send the documents in English to the NEU International Relations Office by e-mail: international@neu.edu.ge.
The deadline for sending the documents is October 30, 2026, 18:00.
Competition stages:
Review of submitted documents;
Interview.
Successful candidates will be informed about the results of the competition and further procedures via e-mail.
